Greek Hummus

Ingredients

14 ounce can
chickpeas
4
tablespoons
tahini -
2 to 3
cloves
garlic
1/2-1
lemon
juice
salt
to taste
pepper
to taste
Whole
chickpeas
(garnish)
Instructions
Purée chickpeas in the food processor
Add tahini, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper and pepper.
Garnish with chickpeas. Serve at room temperature.
