Ingredients
- 2 spears pineapple cut into thin strips
- 2 carrots cut into thin strips
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 12 ounces ham fully cooked, lean, cut into strips
- 1 head Napa cabbage thinly sliced
- 3/4 cup Litehouse Lite Coleslaw dressing
- 6 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the pineapple, carrots, raisins, ham and cabbage. Pour the dressing over the slaw and toss. Divide the slaw among the tortillas and roll into wraps.
