Ingredients
- 2 cups cucumbers diced, not too small to avoid extra liquid, leave skin on
- 2 cups plain yogurt higher fat % is better
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts

- 1 tsp garlic powder
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
