  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp dried organo
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste


  • In a large bowl, whick together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  • Add chicket breasts to the bowl and toss to coat.
  • Marinate in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat frill to medium-high heat.
  • Grill chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.
  • Let chicken rest for few minutes, then slice and serve hot.
