
(NC) – On a hot summer day, nothing hits the spot better than an icy, thick, frosty milkshake. While it may be easy to drop by a cafe or fast food joint to get your milkshake hit, Breyers Ice Cream (www.homebasics.ca) invites you to pull out the blender and create your own concoctions. You don’t have to be a wizard in the kitchen to make masterful milkshakes. And if you’re bored with chocolate and vanilla, try one of these exotic new takes on the shake.

Ingredients
- 1 can Grape juice frozen, concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tbsp lemon juice fresh
- 3 scoops Breyers All Natural Vanilla Ice Cream about 1 1/2 cups/375 mL
- additional ice cream
- purple jelly beans or sprinkles, optional
Instructions
- Place juice concentrate, milk and lemon juice in blender container or food processor bowl. Cover and blend 1 minute. Add ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Top with small scoop of ice cream and jelly beans or sprinkles, if desired. Serve immediately.
