Ingredients
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/4 cup Kellogg's All-Bran Buds natural or ground
- 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen, or your favourite fruit
- 1 banana
- 1 cup natural yogurt
Instructions
- The best way to organize a tasty, quick and easy serving of fibre in the morning is with a smoothie. Just blend all the ingredients and go.
