Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peanut butter creamy
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs beaten
- 2 cups Flour
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup cocktail peanuts chopped, unsalted
Instructions
- Cream together peanut butter, butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs until well blended.
- Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Add to peanut butter mixture, alternating with milk.
- Spoon into paper-lined muffin tins. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
- Bake in a 400 F oven for 20 minutes or until done.
