Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Derlea cinnamon raisin spread
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup brown sugar packed
- 1 egg
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups cooking oats
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 F
- Mix together Derlea cinnamon raisin spread, sugar and egg.
- Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; mix both mixtures together well, then add oats and let sit in the fridge for 30-60 minutes.
- Grease cookie sheet. Roll mixture into 24 equal sized balls and place on cookie sheet. Lightly push down on top of each ball with a fork.
- Bake 9-10 minutes in oven.
- Let sit for 5-10 minutes before removing from cookie sheet.
