Instructions
  1. Peel onion and cut into 1/4' slices. Separate into rings.
  2. Heat fat or oil to 375 degrees F in a skillet.
  3. Beat remaining ingredients together until smooth.
  4. Dip each onion ring into the batter and place into the hot oil.
  5. Turn when the bottom side is golden brown, approximately 2 minutes.
  6. Drain on a paper towel.Drain on a paper towel.
