Entertaining at home is as easy as uno, duo, trio
(NC) – Hosting dinner parties with delicious home-cooked meals can be a lot of fun, but also a lot of work for the host. Luckily, with the help of a slow cooker, entertaining doesn’t have to be so demanding.
The secret recipe to a successful dinner party is maximizing prep time – the Crock-Pot Trio Cook and Serve slow cooker is designed with three cooking compartments, making it easy to prepare more than one meal at a time. It’s easy to impress guests with a meal prepared in a slow cooker, all it takes is a little prep work in advance and the rest of the cooking is taken care of, leaving more time for the host to mingle.
‘I’m always looking for new ways to ‘wow’ my guests without being consumed by prep and clean-up time,’ says Korey Kealey, food and entertaining specialist, Food Thought Communications. ‘Using my Crock-Pot Trio Cook and Serve slow cooker, it’s easy to prepare a delicious three course meal, like Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Oregano Feta Cheese as an appetizer, an entree featuring Roast Beef Au Jus and Warm Strawberry and Chocolate Angel Food Trifle for dessert. Plus, clean-up is quick with the dishwasher-safe stoneware and lids.’
