Instructions
  1. *Note: you may have to trim the outside of the cake to fit the diameter of the insert
  2. Line Crock-Pot stoneware with parchment paper and top with largest bottom ring of angel food cake. In medium bowl, gently combine 2 cups (500 mL) strawberries, marshmallows, chocolate and cream.
  3. Top ring with 1/3 of mixture followed by middle ring of cake, 1/3 mixture, top ring of cake followed by remaining mixture, directing extras down the centre hole of the cake.
  4. Secure lid and cook on low for 1-1/2 hours or until ingredients have melted together.
  5. Spoon sauce from centre over cake.
  6. Slice, scoop and serve with ice cream and reserved 1 cup (250 mL) diced strawberries.
