Instructions
  1. To make the sauce, combine all ingredients in a small sauce pan. Bring to a boil, reduce heat. Simmer five minutes.
  2. Place catfish in a shallow dish and squeeze 1/2 fresh lemon over each. Sprinkle with salt and fresh ground black pepper. Let sit for five minutes.
  3. Place catfish fillets on grill, skin side up, for three to four minutes. Turn and grill two to three more minutes.
