Instructions
  1. Using a small sharp knife, cut a slit along the inside curve of each banana, through the skin and fruit. Push 4 pieces of chocolate into opening. Tightly wrap each stuffed banana in aluminum foil.
  2. Preheat a grill to medium-high, or oven to 400 F (200 C).
  3. Barbecue the foil-wrapped bananas for 15 to 20 minutes, or until skin blackens, and banana is soft. Unwrap the foil packet, open the banana, and place a large scoop of ice cream in the centre of each.
  4. Serve immediately.
