Caramelized-Onion And Ketchup
Ketchup is a classic sauce that’s good with any sausage, and here we spice it up a bit by adding caramelized onions. When cooking for a long time, the sugars in the onion break up into smaller molecules, causing the onions to become very sweet and slightly smoky. The onions also get very tender, which makes them the perfect addition to this move songs. Store in the refrigerator for up to three days.
