Ingredients

  • 2 lbs racks baby back pork ribs 3 to 4 - 1.5 to 2 kg
  • 6 to 8 tbsp Club House La Grille Pork Spice Rub 90 to 125 mL

Instructions

  • Rub Pork Spice Rub evenly over both sides of each rack of ribs.
  • Bake in 375 F (190 C) oven 1 hour or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
  • Transfer ribs to grill.
  • Grill over medium-high heat 1 to 2 minutes per side or until evenly browned.
  • Cut into 2 rib portions to serve.

Alternate Cooking Method:
Place ribs on foil-lined baking pans. Rub Pork Spice Rub evenly over both sides of each rack of ribs. Cover with foil; refrigerate overnight.
Bake in 300 F (150 C) oven 1 hour and 40 minutes. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes or until meat starts to pull away from bones.
